ProtectGuard® FC 24H is a product that is designed to protect young and alkaline porous concrete (less than 28 days and ph > 9) against water, oil, stains, grime of all kinds, and graffiti.

ProtectGuard® FC 24H retards the deterioration of treated surfaces and simplifies their maintenance. It will reduce and
can totally eliminate the appearance of efflorescence at a substrate’s surface.

Being water-based, ProtectGuard® FC 24H can be applied 24 hours after the concrete is poured on site or even as soon as fabricated elements are removed from the mould. ProtectGuard® FC 24H impregnates the substrate without
forming a film, so the substrate remains permeable to air and water vapour.

Once dry, ProtectGuard® FC 24H is colourless. It is available in flat or semi-gloss finish. It is also UV-resistant and does not yellow with time.
